Archetypes: Your Learning Style
Section titled “Archetypes: Your Learning Style”Archetypes describe how you naturally prefer to learn. They’re based on patterns from the AI Skills Quiz and reflect your instinctive approach to picking up new skills — not what you’re good at, but how you like to start.
Knowing your archetype helps you get into exercises faster and make the most of your learning time.

How Archetypes Work in the Playbook
Section titled “How Archetypes Work in the Playbook”Every exercise in the playbook offers multiple entry points — one for each learning style:
- Jump in — For Tinkerers. Start doing, then understand why.
- Plan first — For Planners. Read the overview, then execute.
- Why this matters — For Strategists. Understand the value, then start.
- Discuss — For Social Learners. Use reflection prompts with others.
You don’t have to stick rigidly to your archetype. Many people use different approaches depending on the exercise. But knowing your default style helps you get started when you’re unsure.
